How to change your password

To change your password, you must have access to your profile.

If you forgot your password and can’t log in to the system, please click Forgot password? on the log in page and proceed with the password resetting procedure.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, immediately contact your Coinsbuy manager.

To change the password:

Click your user icon in the upper right corner of the page and select Settings.

In the Password section, click the Change password button.

In the Set new password popup, enter your current password, then enter and repeat a new password. Mind that the password must meet the following requirements:

• Latin characters, numbers, and special symbols are allowed.

• The minimum length is 8 symbols.

• At least one upper-case character must be used.

Click Confirm to apply changes.

Your password has been successfully changed.
